Position Overview

We are seeking certified automotive technicians at levels 0 through 3 to join our growing service team. You will perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models, with a primary focus on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical issues.
  • Complete scheduled maintenance, warranty, and non-warranty repairs accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with customers and team members.
  • Adhere to safety standards and dealership policies at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely service completion.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Valid technical certification such as ASE or OEM; certifications from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram preferred.
  • Experience performing vehicle diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on various automotive makes and models.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school degree preferred.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and instructions.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude and high-energy personality to foster a collaborative team environment.
