Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Service Technician to join our team in Orange, TX. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles efficiently and according to dealership and factory standards.

  • Salary: Credential-based pay plan with earning potential up to $55 per flag rate hour

This is a full-time position with hours consistent with dealership operations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Factory Diesel Certification is highly preferred; all factory certified technicians are encouraged to apply.
  • Recent technical school graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in using shop equipment such as wheel and tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic and AC equipment.
  • Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Professional appearance, work ethic, and a positive, high-energy attitude.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and exercise good judgment.
