Position Overview

As an RV Sales Consultant at Team Granger, you will manage all sales activities related to recreational vehicles. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and help guide them through the sales process, playing a vital role in our ongoing success.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis for the desired RV model, make, type, and features.
  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of RVs in the showroom or on the lot.
  • Research availability of specific models and options using the computer database.
  • Work with Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers to negotiate sales prices.
  • Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot.
  • Complete all required paperwork and coordinate delivery and registration of vehicles.
  • Deliver vehicles and acquaint customers with their RV’s features and operation.
  • Participate in training sessions, department meetings, and occasionally off-site events or shows.

Work Environment

You will be part of a professional and supportive team environment that emphasizes growth and collaboration. The role is based in Orange, TX and requires in-person attendance during standard dealership hours.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of related sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Organizational skills with thorough follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
  • Current valid driver’s license is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to speak a second language is a significant advantage.
